Hadn't played in ages, loaded game up on my Switch without realising the date was something like the 1st January (think it was 2026 but idk how the mechanics work if it's been dead for a while??) anyway closed the game but too late, it had auto-saved, so when I corrected the date I'd TTed at least a month or so, possibly more if it had actually reset to 2025 or sth. Anyway just want to know what things I could have accidentally gained from this? I hadn't played in a long time anyway so idk what would have been there anyway vs what was produced from the accidental TT. Thanks for any help!

I time travel a lot and I'd say most likely you're going to have gained a whole ton of weeds unless you have the ordinance turned on that prevents them. You might have an extra dig spot or two. Any crops or fruit you had growing will all be ready to harvest but that's going to happen anyway every few days, and I always sync mine back to my regular harvest schedule so nothing is gained from it. If you have a lot of money in the bank you might have gained some interest. Maybe you'll have some extra Nook points for something. If you had any turnips when you quit playing they'll be rotten. Ultimately it always seems to me the fall-out from TT is more detrimental than beneficial.

ETA: I thought I remembered you asking this a few days ago and here's that thread with several responses, it had got bumped onto the second page:

Thank you! I forgot I'd already asked - thought I'd only thought about asking on here, haha... whoops!
That sounds a lot like how my memory works on most things.

I did remember something else today when I went to finish paying for the charlatan's booth at the flea market, is that villagers chip in on things like the ramps, bridges, and those booths. I was going to throw some money at it and discovered it was all paid but less than 1,000 bells. Now considering how much money little miss Ellie has to earn to pay for everything I didn't mind, but it was definitely the result of all the TTing I had been doing, which was about four months total time.
