British accent here! Apparently I sound posh?

I was literally just about to type the same thing!

I have quite a posh British accent though (to other British people... many foreign people seem to think all British accents are posh haha)

First things first, how can you have a British accent? x3 British accents vary from country to country IN Great Britain. For example, an English accent and a Scottish accent sound COMPLETELY different. So. :x

I have an ENGLISH accent... I live pretty close to London actually myself but I don't speak like a chav or anything. :( If anything some people say I sound kind of posh but... I just talk PROPERLY. x3

I have an Australian accent, although some people say I sound American? Which is weird since I've never been to America >.>

I switch between a Northern Irish accent and corrupted Cambridge-Northern Irish hybrid, depending on where I am.

Australian accent / American accent
I change it depending on where I am, because I spend my time half/half Cali and Sydney

Good point, definitely wasn't thinking when I typed that...

I have Australia but I pronounce some words with a brittish accent like "what" and some others that I can't think of

I live in America, and I have an American accent. I don't have an accent that's specifically related to any part of this country though. It probably comes from the lack of socialization and the fact that I moved around a lot.

I don't really know. I was born in Pennsylvania, but I don't pronounce water as 'wudder' like others here. I like to pronounce every letter as it should be - crisp. I think singing may have had a play in that as well, but meh. I'm sort of like the black sheep (Without the negativity) in my state, I think.

Just a high, squeaky voiced American ヽ(;▽;)ノ
Sometimes when I talk people think I'm trying to be cute or something because I have a really high voice XD People sometimes can get really mad when they think you're faking your voice. But then they find out I'm a soprano and it all makes sense (≧∇≦)
they're like wat?
And I'm just like yup.
