Most people who are easily influenced through media (small children usually) will not even know the definition of the word. Those who do understand it are most likely people who are old enough to use common sense and not go do drugs and rob a bank OR people who do drugs, etc., already and learned the word that way (in which case it's to late anyways so why bother?).

Honestly, I've seen far worst in video games meant for children and I'm pretty sure most people who play AC:NL anyways are out of the age group target. XD
