Yeah im disappointed by that too. Its odd even more so since most japanese people have very dark blackish-hair, you'd think they'd include it evenually, but no. Odd also was they took the black roof option out of Wild World, but put it back in City Folk.

Maybe they dont want to make the game all morbid or something xD
