A Health & Wellness Thread!

Getting back to working out tomorrow. Took the weekend off for my birthday, will be nice to get back to it everyday
 
i've been making an active effort to drink a daily recommended amount of water. i've noticed i don't feel really nauseous or gross after eating anymore now that i've been drinking more water.
 
I’ll try to make this as simple as I can but I have been doing horrible lately things felt like they weren’t gonna get better and I still think that way ): I thought things were good for me but it all came crashing down because of my mental health I know one day things will get better
