A BETTER method for finding Gracie?

I have been TTing forward a day, looking around, then going back a day and looking around, repeat after repeat, and I just CANNOT seem to find Gracie! I KNOW it works because I found Gracie a couple days back doing it, but I just can't seem to find her for my fourth Fashion Check! D= I keep getting stupid Redd and Saharah (more often than I would normally, actually,) but no Gracie whatsoever!

Is there some form of trick that I'm missing to find Gracie for the last Fashion Check? Or maybe is there a better way for doing this? I've never had to do this for this long and patience is running thin. =/

Do you have a source? 0.o I never saw that anywhere. Also, I have began TTing forward without going backwards.

Alright then, I'll get back to here later with an update, see if it works out. I'm only going 1 day at a time because I'm really cautious about losing my villagers ;U; I'd be so sad.

Do you remember which day she came? If you TT back to it, you can take the test again. You can go forward and backward to do it again until you've done all 4.

I've done this before. I wasn't gonna waste her visit to wait for another one. However, you have to be really careful when TTing forward a day and back. Because each counts as a day, and a villager will try to move during that time. When I did it, I said yes to Rhonda moving and during the time that I was TTing back and forth for all of Gracie's visits, Rhonda was in boxes before I was done with Gracie.

I didn't even intend to discover this, but just do this:
- After finishing one fashion check, time travel a day forward, then go backwards. (Note: After you time travel, she won't be there right when you walk outside your house. Go to main street, then go back down to the main tree. That will summon her)
Just repeat it. I don't have sources, but it worked from my personal experience. I finished all her fashion checks in a day by doing this

Some people have been lucky and got Gracie every week. That happened in my 2nd town.
In my main town I waited 2 weeks for Gracie to show up again.
One time Gracie wasn't there and the police station said nothing was happening. I went up and check the stores to buy items.
Returned to the plaza and still no Gracie so I save/quit. Checked with another player and no Gracie. Started the game back up in the evening and Gracie was there. Not sure what happened but happy Gracie showed.

Did you buy enough items from the store? Only items with a sold out sign counts.
You can pass the check and than save/quit. Start the game back up and just change the clock to 559am. You'll have to wait till 6am for a new day to start and for the game to save. Walk up to the plaza and Gracie will be there. Repeat till your done.
I did this in my old TT town that I didn't care about a villager moving.

This also works if you TT to 5:58 am on the day Gracie is due to arrive, log in on character, wait until it hits 6 and let the game start the new day.

I guess that the AM trick only works if you're TTing from the day after to the day Gracie showed up; I tried it and no Gracie =/ I tried going later into the day and still no Gracie. Guess I'm just doomed to try going forward on and on until I find her or something. ._. or idk...

AND OF COURSE LESS THAN 20 MINUTES LATER! JUST now found Gracie as I was TTing day by day forwards up to "tomorrow" the 28th!

Might keep notice of this thread though for next time I have a character and I'm looking to get Gracie! Thanks for help, guys! :3

She seems turn up on a random day once a week.... for me it was every Thursday.. she will not show up when other people are there e.g like on Sundays or when crazy redd visits

I had the same trouble with gracie. I got her for the first time after a year of having tiy and then I got her the next week too! now she doesn't come anymore...so I time traveled forward one day at a time, and after each day, I would go back to the current day to drop off stuff I bought at the store on main street. anyway, I tted over a week and she still wasn't there so I gave up and now I haven't played for a week now... actually, one of the only reasons I play animal crossing new leaf is because of her...

When Gracie appears on your plaza is completely random. I see some people mention here that she'll come every week. if so, then you've been very luck the last couple of times. Gracie usually appears around every 1/2 months. The best thing you can do is just TT day by day as there isn't any trick for this.
