A badge problem

Hi there everyone

I'm having a hard time collecting badges. Obviously, they are really hard to get.
But I realized earlier that I've never got the Happy Homer Gold one, which you get from having 150k points in your evaluation. The thing is, I have 1.2m points .-. I unlocked every gold exterior, and still, this guy won't give me my badge
I'm locked at the bronze level.

Does anyone know why?

Has your town been rainy or super cloudy lately? If so, he most likely won't appear because of that. Also if there are other guests there or events happening, he won't appear sometimes either. Usually the best times to get badges for me (after I know I completed a badge, of course) would be really late at night when all the guests are not there or on Sunday after Joan is gone. You can also check with the police station and if he's there then Booker or Copper could tell you. That's just from my experience though.

The thing is, it's been a couple of months since i got that much points. Even more maybe. He showed up since then for other badges. I think this is more of a bug-related problem

Are you participating in an HHA theme challenge? He can't come when there is one.

I'm having similar issues only with the 'playing for however long' badge haha

Yep, I had the same problem for a while and this was why. You have to reach 150k with the regular HHA scoring, not the theme challenge, which is scored differently.

I remember having that problem too. I took off the theme challenge and bam! I got all the badges and trophies at once lol.
