I've heard recently that the new special characters can't move to towns after moving out, so if that's completely true, then I'm gonna have to figure out a way to get Filly's pic.

The Fueki distribution probably won't start until the 7-11 one ends in early January. There's been no further information released by Nintendo about it though.

It comes from playing every advanced level in desert island escape. Just beware of the glitch that kicks you out of the game during any given round of playing. It has happened to me twice on both forms of 3DSes.
