Maybe "Zauber" as a town name? It means magic in German.
Or if you like flowers, maybe try "Shion" (紫苑). It’s the name of a flower (aster tataricus) in Japanese and in flower language it means "I won’t forget you" or "Remembrance".

As for the mayor name, I think "Am?lie" sounds cute.
