I'm in need of some referral help!

Basically this virtual pet website I play on added more referral prizes, a referral on this website is simply using the referral link from a member to sign up. This lets the website know that I told you about the website and you created an account. That simple!

In return for a single referral I'm offering TBT or any Animal Crossing New Leaf item / villager. I currently have 446 TBT to giveaway to I was thinking 20 TBT per referral? Feel free to negotiate with me though, I don't bite.

That's really strange though, I haven't heard of people getting this message before...
My only guess would be that you just so happen to share the same IP address as a banned member?
Or perhaps the username you're trying to use was once owned by a banned member?
