Buying 2 stone archs, hedges, and a panel

I'm looking for anyone that has some stone archs
or rocks if anyone is willing to lend me some. That thing takes like 99 rocks and I only got 63...
Hedges are also in this list...though... I saw its an item you get from Tom for earth day. Is there a faster way (besides time travel)?
As for a panel I don't mind doing a touch trade or just buying the item.

I sadly don't have wooden stools in ny diy list and I only have as little as 11 tbt at the moment. The most amount of currency I got are in. Ingame bells and nmt and some of the mats.. x x
