It will never go away, but as the years go on, I will learn more about myself and how to deal with it, so in a sense it gets 'better'. I mean, I was so afraid of people, I couldn't talk to anyone. I would literally cower in fear if someone tried to talk to me. If I can go from that to who I am now, who knows what I can accomplish? xD

I think you will be ok, just try to eat more calories and get a better overall intake, dont stuff your self as that could make more harm then good but eat balanced out. Help your body and it will help you

Yes, that's pretty much what I have to do. I just have a lot of guilt, so I don't ask my mom to cook anything for me. But in all honesty I REALLY should. It just seems like she doesn't care, or doesn't realize how serious it is.

I used to have panic attacks when I was younger when I used to imagine that I had to wash the suger off my hands and there was lions in the house and I had to hide in corners and take pills. That was weird. But I think that's because of my other problems. I still do have the panic attacks sometimes.
