This is so generous of you! 2000 posts is an awesome milestone to celebrate! I’d definitely love to enter. One of my favourite things about being active on this forum, is when you start to recognize regular users time and again, your paths keep crossing, and they start to feel like friendly familiar faces. It’s just a great feeling. I know 2020 was a difficult year for everyone, but the friends I’ve made on this forum really helped brighten some dark days.

doing this! My memory is really more of a generalization. I do a lot of amiibo card trading and run a thread, and never have I felt more secure in sending strangers my address. I would never do that anywhere else but here. The people here are kind and trustworthy. I’ve had people offer me extra cards for nothing just because they’ve finished their collection and want to help out. Anytime I feel unworthy or begin to worry about the things I can’t go back and change, I come here and always feel happy.

a special memory of mine would be connecting with an awesome group of people over nh last year. we don’t really talk anymore but we’d visit each other’s islands a lot which was tons of fun. some even celebrated my birthday on my island with me over the summer which was so memorable :’) hope they’re all doing well

I think the fair last year was my fondest memory. I liked how the staff got us to colour, build blanket forts, and look for shapes in the clouds.

I would like to say that my favorite memory on this forum is just meeting and spending time with old friends on Club Tortimer back in the New Leaf days when all we would do is fool around and just be ourselves. I hope though I can make new memories now!

My favorite memory was the Christmas event a few months ago. I really liked the idea of giving/trading with others and it pushed me to reach out to people I hadn’t interacted with! This community is my first forum and it has been a really awesome experience so far.

One memory from TBT that I'm pretty fond of was getting 2nd place in the "design your town" contest in the 2016 bell tree fair. I was already getting into collectibles at that point, but being able to buy wands, feathers, etc with my winnings definitely got me hooked!

I also just want to say that I've made some great friends on TBT. It's so amazing to me that I will have lifelong friends from this site, especially considering that the only reason I even joined was to get the "turkey" item in ACNL.

Also also, mad shout out once again to my friend @ReeBear for helping me get a pinwheel, and to @BluebearL for generously gifting me a squid egg. Y'all are the best.

I'd like to enter this giveaway!

I think there's really two main memories I want to highlight. The first would be the TBT Fair. It's been a few years since I took part in an online event quite like the Fair, and it was really enjoyable! I definitely had fun participating in all the various events and I'm looking forward to the next fair, whenever that ends up happening.

The second is just how I managed to come onto and use the forums in the first place (although I joined years ago, I never actually used my account until April 2020, lol). I ended up stumbling across AC World at some point when searching for something for NH, noticed the link to TBT, remembered I had an account and was able to log in. From there, I noticed all the threads in Nook's Cranny, and slowly went from getting the fossils I was missing to actively getting things like DIYs and art and going to cataloging events, and from there posting more and more outside of Nook's Cranny and participating in forum events. I feel like there's no way I would still be playing New Horizons daily (and no way I would've come close to obtaining everything in the game, lol) and checking TBT daily for that matter without this community.

I also want to give a shoutout to @jihux for her amazing catalog island during the spring/summer months last year. There's no way I would've been able to complete my reorderable catalog if not for her incredible kindness and generosity, and for that I'll be forever grateful to her.

My favorite memory of being a member of tbt is my first tbt fair which was last year. I'm looking forward to another fair. The events were fun and gave me a lot to look forward to after long days at work.

I'd like to shout-out my friend @Livia ! I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her. I know her from the Sims forum and she convinced me to come over here. She's such a generous friend too, always willing to help make my game brighter. Plus she gave me my My Melody egg, which I love, and l wouldn't have had without her, because I could NOT figure out the hints, no matter how convinced I was I'd finally cracked one
