She's 100% original.

I've got Lucky in my town already, and I'd love to have the pair of them, and then build the pyramid and Sphynx PWPs nearby.

Yes but if you had a villager previously, the game won't let you have them in your town again until 16 other villagers have come and gone. So if you had Ankha before, you won't be able to invite her back to your town unless you've had 16 move-outs since then.
