Pokémon What do you do with Breedjects?

i give the ones with HA or good stats away in wonder trade or to my friends and release the rest. it also helps update the y-comm so i can enter more raids

I either release them (if they don't have HA), surprise trade, give them away in giveaways. I even keep them (if they have HA) because you never know someone might be looking for it and having it on-hand makes things easier.
