I instantly though of Eugene so I'd say him first and foremost, then maybe Roscoe, Beardo, Del, Eugene, Hopper, Ken, Kyle, Moose, Punchy, Rasher, Rodeo, or Walt?

Alternatively some of these guys could be considered in the cult or in a different gang that actually does bad stuff. Maybe ill reconsider some of these animals.
I forgot to note that this "Mafia" is actually a group of vigilantes and are not that bad.
