Villagers moving in.

Hi guys, sorry if this has already been ask but i'm just wondering something, i currently have 8 villagers. Cookie has reserved a plot and is ready to move in tomorrow. I want to ask another villager to move in from another town today, but seeing as Cookie is already moving in tomorrow does that mean that i cannot ask another villager to move in until Cookie HAS OFFICALLY MOVED IN?

Sorry if it doesnt make sense haha, i'm not sure how to work it.

Ohh, really. Thats good then. I was just abit worried that i wouldnt be ask another one if one was already moving it. Thank you! c:
