SMB World 1-A or B

I was wondering if anyone else found this strange level in the original SMB. Did anyone find World 1-A or B? I remember this one time, I let my sister play alone for a while, I came back to see how she was doing and she was on World 1-B. It had a black background, like five coins, Mario was swimming, it had the underwater theme, and everytime you fell off the edge, you would respawn back up. Did anyone else ever find this. I looked it up and nothing came up.

Talking about glitches, is that the game that has the Minus World?

I love the Mario Kart 64 glitches, especially the donut battle stage when you can drive into a wall and see the lava. And the same block fort one.
