Apparently there is 16 shades of tans so which color goes with which shade of tan goes with which color for the patterns.....
 
There are 5 levels of the tan but 6 if you count the original skin colour every AC character has, this is classed as level 0.
 
Yes but it takes 3 days to reach a level, right?

Anyways whatever color i'm using is not matching my skin tone...

actually, sometimes the headband doesn't always match the skin tone when u go inside a building. I've made headbands before with the default skin tone, since that's the tone I'm always at, and whenever i go inside, they don't match but they do match when I'm outside.

My hair band looks great inside and outside, because it's a Bumbury design and she uses colours in a checkerboard pattern.
That's what I want to try to do with my own.

Omg I love Bumbury designs and they always work well for me too (my skin tone is also always at the default)
