Most of the population died from this war, leaving out a select few who hid during the whole ordeal. The people survived were good people, and they moved to a certain city. You may think the world is a safe place, but who knows what lurks in the shadows.

Personality: Refined, classy, social. The war changed her. She used to be a relaxed party girl with all the finer things, but now she's a broken and sad person. Since she holds in all her pain to maintain her image, even though nobody really cares about it now that everyone's all torn up and beaten, she can sometimes just burst when she's alone.
Notes/Other: Her dress is slightly beat up, a few tears here and there. She used to have a husband, but he died when she was hosting a party and the bomb hit. She was the only survivor.
