So I'm trying to 100% Okami and I am SO CLOSE. I am missing 1 brush stroke upgrade thing. It's the one that makes it rain or something. Now I don't wanna use a guide at all but I'm getting bored just running around aimlessly searching for it. So please help!
If you know where I can find this ability, give me a HINT. Not the answer. Just a hint. Be vague. Please spoiler it and label the spoiler what kind of hint it is. For example "region hint" would be something like "in the snowy regions." Or "source hint" would be something like "bombable area" or "npc." Please don't give me 2 kinds of hints in the same spoiler as that will make it a bit too obvious. I wanna be able to select what kind of hint to look at first. Hehe
