I think he just means he thinks his family is going to kill him. It's a reasonable belief. I expect there to be much yelling and tears. Or maybe he meant final chapter of this story.

I also feel like he is going to be grounded for life and lose Internet privilege and block all contact with the outside world to keep these two lovebirds apart.

We'll never know the end of this story.

If so, he kinda deserves it. It's not like he wasn't aware what he was getting himself into. He had full control of the situation and in fact he instigated the situation.
