Help with my ACNL and ACHHD please?

Hi everyone so recently I was trying to link up my ACNL and ACHHD in my 3ds, I got ACHDD downloaded digitally so at the moment I say Isabelle I have it digitally and she starts to search for the Saved Files in the SDCard then she tells me she couldn't find them while I actually created the Saved Files Data. Do you know why that is happening. Thanks.
