Does anyone else judge someone based on avatar?

Depends. If your avatar is a picture of your mayor, or an original character, it's sort of a decent reflection of you.

Even if it isn't, someones avatar can be a small reflection of their tastes and interests.

Uhh yeah that's sort of me. I like ducks and I try to be funny even though it doesn't work.

But the answer for me is sometimes.

Not really.. I do sometimes.. But judging a book by it's cover can sometimes blow up in your face :p

I suppose if you don't know someone too well there's gonna be a few preconceptions based on what little you know of 'em. That isn't to say I'd go out of my way to avoid someone just for their avatar or something super silly like that.

I tend to associate people with their avatars though. Lightning would make me think of Tina or Himari, or I'd accidentally refer to a fictional character by someone's username. :U
