Since I've already have a completed candy set, I thought I would host a giveaway for a blue candy collectible~

rules
✦ please do not enter if you already have blue candy collectible(s)
✦ entries close on saturday oct 31 @ 11:59pm EST new end date: oct 30 @ 9:00pm est
✦ 1 randomly selected winner announced nov. 1
✦ i can't control this, but pls do not enter if you have intentions of selling the blue candy collectible once winning it. i won it from this years sugar stash and thought i'd give others a chance to win it since i already have one
✦ one entry per person, only for accounts made before oct. 27/15
✦ you can enter a friend once in the giveaway, a user can only have a total max of 2 entries
(i.e. gracelia enters for friend userA, userA also enters for themself. userXYZ wants to enter userA, but this won't count since the max of 2 total entries is already reached).
✦ added: 10/29: if your friend already has a blue candy, entry will not count​
