Buying A very long list of items and DIYs I'm looking for (Paying IGB, NMT, or TBT)

Will pay 120% IGB, 1 NMT, or 1 TBT per item. Can offer more for expensive or hard-to-obtain items. If I'm looking for specific variations they'll be denoted in parentheses, otherwise any will do.

This is a very long list of things I'm looking for to decorate the exterior of my island and four or more houses after a reset ~2 months ago. I wouldn't advise any one person to help me knock everything off this list, as I imagine you'd get bored very quickly. Just look through the list, pick a couple things you know you have, and come back again a few days later, if you want to.
