I'm not sure about the cakes, but as far as I'm aware of, the only things that were restocked were the fruits (Cherry, Peach, Apple?) xD

Now that I have an apple to match up with the chocolate cake on the stem, I can swap out any birthstone in my inventory from January to August to keep all collectibles aligned with each other.
