In Vista and Chocolat, it was the Seabass
In Moonview it was the Horse Mackerel.
I didn't visited my other town, Flora today.
But I don't usually participate, I just let my cuties win.

my town was horse mackerel, but every time i try to do the fishing tourney, it takes me ages to get the biggest fish... and then another villager always comes and steals first place from me. so i decided to not participate this time, lol

Far out, man
My town had sea bass, one of the oh so hard to find fish. Earlier in the day was the only time I could play and I found a 45.5 inch sea bass to take the lead. I kept trying but never found one bigger, not even close just 30 something inchers and tuna. I tt a few hours to the results like usual and bam, Hopper puts in a .1 bigger sea bass in the meantime to win. Still fun, though.

Had to catch the biggest horse mackerel today and I came in second place.
