just the little sitting area below the cafe, the building doesn't have to be included c: you can do pine trees in place of the cafe if you want! placement of mayor/villager can be anywhere, sitting on stumps, watering flowers, whatever you think looks best!
Extra Info: maybe just the town name, twinleaf town c:
Villagers: if you want to, beau would be lovely, but just an option!
Etc.: i like leaving artists to have free liberty so just whatever you think looks best! ideas though would be like holding a watering can or flowers or her reading a book! mayor emma loves gardening and reading so any of those would be great! or just standing there, whatever you want really cx this is just super sweet of you to do!

Ect.: I'd like to be smiling like Fang is if possible (or y'know if it looks good) and put Fang in his original shirt please. Also let me know if you need a better Mayor ref and I'll get one. Same goes for the area during the day. Night screenshots always turn out way darker for some reason... (I literally just took these lol)
