1. I agree that I am committed to my order, should I be notified on this thread (OR by PM, by request only) that my order has been accepted.
2. I understand that once a price has been agreed upon, and my post or PM has been responded to, KiloPatches is committed to filling the order. (That is my promise to you. If I have responded, it has been noted and the order is forthcoming) THAT MEANS: ONCE YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITH ME, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE THE SAME ORDER AT ANOTHER SHOP. This causes hassle for both shop facilitators - there is no reason for two shops to fill the same order and compete to fill an order. If you place an order with me, I WILL FILL IT, so there is NO REASON to go to another shop unless you decide to go to that other shop in the first place.
3. I understand that KiloPatches fills orders in sequential order, based on urgency and quantity. (Please be patient if you make a very large order (i.e.: over 26 individual items, or 2 full sets or more))
4. I understand that a PM will be sent to me when my order is ready, and agree to anticipate hearing from KiloPatches within a reasonable time frame. (KiloPatches will also post that your order is ready on this thread). KiloPatches may may send out a PM notifying you that your furniture has been ordered.
5. I agree to the policy of this store that if my order isn not claimed within 10 days of the date that KiloPatches sends notification (via PM) that my order is complete, it will expire and be sold to someone else. KiloPatches is committed to sending you a reminder that you order is about to expire 3 days prior to Day 10. If your order is 3 days from expiring, KiloPatches will also indicate that on this thread.
6. I reserve the right to cancel or modify my order at any time, and will notify KiloPatches by Private Message that I intend to cancel or modify my order. (Please only do this if you have not yet received the PM that your order is ready, or that the furniture has been ordered (if I have sent you one) - if I have PM'd you that your order is ready, cancelling your order after-the-fact is not appreciated and just plain bad manners. PLEASE notify me that you want to cancel your order BEFORE I send out that PM, so I do not fill an unwanted order and delay service to other customers)
7. If I request refurbishing, I understand that Time Travelling will not speed up the process of filling my order. Cyrus' work is not sped up by Time Travelling. Please allow ample time for the order to be filled. Time Travelling is not an option for orders that require refurbishing. I also do not stock ores. Refurbishing with ores is not an option. I Time Travel by Hour not by Day, so please be patient when ordering full Gracie Grace sets and allow me several days to get the full set for you (unless I have it in stock)
8. If you have read the rules, please include My Main Town Name, "Ivy Wood" (listed in my signature) along with your order form somewhere. By doing so you are stating that you agree to them and adhere to them.
9. I understand that after a successful trade I am entitled to a WiFi rating. If KiloPatches doesn't send out a WiFi rating (which sometimes happens, I might forget to), and I want one, I am to contact her to request one (don't worry, I would be more than happy to, I might just need a reminder!)
10. I understand that there are 10 slots on the wait list and once the wait list is full, the shop will close temporarily and reopen once orders have been picked up.

2. I understand that once a price has been agreed upon, and my post or PM has been responded to, KiloPatches is committed to filling the order. (That is my promise to you. If I have responded, it has been noted and the order is forthcoming) THAT MEANS: ONCE YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITH ME, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE THE SAME ORDER AT ANOTHER SHOP. This causes hassle for both shop facilitators - there is no reason for two shops to fill the same order and compete to fill an order. If you place an order with me, I WILL FILL IT, so there is NO REASON to go to another shop unless you decide to go to that other shop in the first place.

I agree to the policy of this store that if my order isn not claimed within 10 days of the date that KiloPatches sends notification (via PM) that my order is complete, it will expire and be sold to someone else. KiloPatches is committed to sending you a reminder that you order is about to expire 3 days prior to Day 10. If your order is 3 days from expiring, KiloPatches will also indicate that on this thread.
6. I reserve the right to cancel or modify my order at any time, and will notify KiloPatches by Private Message that I intend to cancel or modify my order. (Please only do this if you have not yet received the PM that your order is ready, or that the furniture has been ordered (if I have sent you one) - if I have PM'd you that your order is ready, cancelling your order after-the-fact is not appreciated and just plain bad manners. 7. If I request refurbishing, I understand that Time Travelling will not speed up the process of filling my order. Cyrus' work is not sped up by Time Travelling. Please allow ample time for the order to be filled. Time Travelling is not an option for orders that require refurbishing. I also do not stock ores. Refurbishing with ores is not an option. I Time Travel by Hour not by Day, so please be patient when ordering full Gracie Grace sets and allow me several days to get the full set for you (unless I have it in stock)

Diamondarcadia. I must give a VERY sincere a special thank you, from the bottom of my heart to her efforts. We met when I first started my shop - my catalog wasn't even complete yet! She admired my dedication, organization, and how I structured my business. She helped me build my catalog so I could better serve my patrons. And when Crisis struck for me, I was devastated by illness and overwhelmed by real life difficulties, that just so happened to fall at a time when my shop was busiest, I trusted her enough so that we would split the orders in half and she would help with some of the work. I PM'd the individuals who had their orders taken care of my her to let them know to give her clearance to accept payment from them, and she paid me in full, expecting nothing in return. For a year now she has been a VERY good friend. And in HER time of Crisis and strife, I have done my best to be by HER side and support her in this horrifically difficult time. The LEAST I could do is offer her Platinum Status - because without Jackie, this store wouldn't be what it is today. I wouldn't be the person I am today. So as I commemorate One Year, celebrating all the hard work that made this store develop to what it is now, and the Customer Service that has made it the only 5-star rated reorderable furniture store in Re-Tail.... NONE of that would be possible without customers like Jackie. Jackie, who, if I had started my rewards program the day I opened my shop, would have been listed under the "Valued Customers" list, on April 7th 2014, with a 4M bell order. It just goes to show how truly VALUABLE "Valued Customers" are - each and every one. Because all it takes is your VERY FIRST ORDER at my shop, and Who Knows? Something AMAZING could come of it. A new friendship, a new development at my store, even a gesture of kindness or a favour in my time of need, or a "I scratch your back, you scratch mine" type situation, or someone enjoys my service so much they spread the word.... ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN! All it takes is ONE VALUED CUSTOMER. Its not even about spending 50 Million Bells (though it helps). TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Points/Rewards for each stage cannot be redeemed at the time of Purchase. As in, they must be earned or exceeded from 2 separate purchases. For instance, if on your first visit you spent 5 Million bells, you must make another purchase (even just a small one) to me made a Loyalty Member and receive your Bronze Reward. Rewards are for returning customers, and so your THIRD visit would be when you could REDEEM your reward, not your second. Once you reach Bronze, only ONE visit is necessary to reach the next stage, but there must be ONE visit between each stage. You can't simply buy your way to Platinum XD
- IF YOU DO NOT CLAIM YOUR ORDER WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE DATE I SEND OUT THE PM THAT YOUR ORDER IS READY, AND YOU DO NOT MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT WITH ME TO PICK UP AT AN ALTERNATE TIME - POINTS PARALLEL TO THE AMOUNT YOUR ORDER WAS WORTH WILL BE DEDUCTED! If your order was for 150,000 for instance, 150,000 points would be deducted. The larger the order, the greater the impact it has on BOTH of us! If I order 10 sets for 5 Million bells, and they don't get claimed for 10 days, my town is cluttered with sets making it hard for me to accept other orders, and you lose potentially a reward ranking! PLEASE claim your orders!
- For %-discounts and bell-value discounts will be the ONLY time I decide the price for the order you place. Usually sets range between 300K - 500K, others like the blue and green sets are cheaper, and the Campus set, as specified is 800K. I am NOT going to mark up some outrageous price just because its up to me! Fair is fair. It wouldn't be much of a "Reward" otherwise!
- Once you reach a reward level, you have a choice to REDEEM or to SAVE your points for the NEXT level. Once you redeem, any remaining points will still be tallied but the reward will be subtracted from your total bells spent. For instance, if you have spent 6 Million bells and are at the Bronze Level, and you Redeem the Bronze Reward, the remaining 1 Million will STILL remain in you "bank" and put towards the next Bronze Level so you will only have 4 Million left to achieve it.
- For redeeming "Free Sets of Your Choice" this only applies to REGULAR sets, including Patchwork (Campus, Gracie Grace, and Unorderable sets EXCLUDED - Lovely set included, but if the phone is out of stock, I cannot provide it). For "Shopping Spree" prizes, depending on the weight of the prize and if the unorderable set is for sale will determine if you are eligible to buy it. If you are short on funds, you may use your Reward TOWARDS buying the set if you so choose, as a sort of "coupon", and pay the difference. The Campus Set is included in the "Shopping Spree" rewards, because it has a fixed value.
NEW POLICY! I send out PMs to everyone who has orders ready for pick up. If I do not hear from you within 10 days to claim your order, your order will expire. I send out courtesy notifications also to those who are at risk of having their order expire 3 DAYS PRIOR to the expiration date. Please message me ASAP so your items can go rightfully to you!
