Without further ado, here are my rules:

Rules:
1. Villagers will be cycled for free.
2. Popular villagers will be determined by a raffle/contest. Determined by this list:

11. Rosie
12. Lolly
13. Fang
14. Tia

3. No more reservations, sorry!
4. As usual, when coming to my town to pick up a villager please don't take anything - just follow me to the villager's house.
5. For specific villagers, I may require dreamie proof for personal reasons.
6. Don't sell or trade off a villager you get for free. If they're leaving, give them away for free.
7. Don't claim a villager if you have no space.
8. I have the right to hold or reserve villagers.
9. Lurkers get priority if more than one person asks for a villager!

I do not take reservations. I also do not charge for my villagers.

Karen posts about my raffles and chooses the winners. I just deliver the villagers.

Rules:
1. I have any right to deem you not eligible to adopt one of my villagers. If you do not have obvious dreamie proof I can deny unless you get someone to vouch for you. But if you give me a good solid paragraph or two I might reconsider. Paragraph is minimum 6 sentences.
2. I prefer you not to sell them. If for some reason they move out pass them on for free.
3. Tier 1 and 2 villager lurkers will be notified via VM first before it is announced in order of when they post.
4. I will most likely not hold a villager, most time i will hold is 30 minutes. Any villager not claimed in 30 will be voided even if from Tier 1/2. you get a MAXIMUM of 30 minutes hold time.
HOWEVER. If you would honestly like a villager and would like someone to hold them for you.. Please direct them here to post.

These are MY villagers and I can do whatever I want with them. I will not accept someone being rude over me denying a villager or anything of the like. I'm giving these guys away completely free, no need to tell me how to do certain things.
