The search searches the site and forums. If you want to only search on the site, add "-forums" to your search.

This actually could be because of SafeSearch... It tends to screw up searches when it "thinks" it finds something inappropriate... When you're really searching for something okay.

I see four results for TBT 2009, so yeah, it's definitely your end Odd.
