1. Zucker is tier 1. Those from tier 1 often go for 10-30 mil.

It's overpriced for a VILLAGER, and its overpriced for people who dont cheat for bells.

2. 500k can be earned from island beetles and sharks on the island in 1 hour. Play each day, catching beetles and sharks, and you can make 30 mil in 2 months. And that’s if you’re slow. Lol

Remember, Animal Crossing is better with math.

People don't cheat for bells. People actually work to earn. Merching is probably one of the easiest ways to make bells. T1s used to go for over 100m when the game first started. Now they go for 10-45.
