Pokémon Zeraora needs to be removed from Max Raid Battles

That Pokémon is a cheater. Why does Game Freak have to add this as an NPC Pokémon in Max Raid Battles? It spawns too frequently in Pokémon dens, it’s over-powered in Max Raid Battles, and they are impossible to beat. Why Game Freak? Why?
