Zell says Chief is moving? Chief isn't saying...

So Zell told me Chief was thinking about moving. Naturally I raced over to convince him to stay, but no matter how many times I talk to him or run past him he never says he is. Should I be worried that he is just going to up and disappear?

I did just time travel back a week. Would that have anything to do with it?

Save and quit then start the game again and walk past him. That should get him to tell you.

I had the same thing with Canberra a couple days ago. I ended up doing the swim technique for PWPs (I don't use it for its purpose because I don't need help in that area) and she pinged immediately. It is worth a try
