YouTube Hacked

So it looks like YouTube has been hacked through a flaw in the comment system. Here's some examples:

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with hacking, but I have problems with viewing in full-screen. Whenever I click the full-screen button, my screen turns into scattered pixels.
