I decided to look at my activity log today since what seemed like forever. This made me curious how many hours everyone here has spent on various 3DS games. Just go into your Activity Log, then click Software Library. You should find it easily.
Here's my list:

According to my Activity Log I bought my original 3DS on November 12th, 2011. Since I have used System Transfer every time I bought a new one, that makes over 7 years of gameplay. Hard to believe it's been that long. It's interesting to see how my habits have changed over time.

I miss the activity log though. It's nice how much detail it kept about the games you had been playing. The Switch's version is so inconsistent with what data it will show you and gives you so much less information.

I'm surprised by some of these. I remember spending hours and hours on my Zelda games trying to 100% complete them. Surprised they don't seem to have clocked as many hours as I remember. Maybe lost a few hours when I did a system transfer? Who knows..
ACNL, 423:46. This was pretty much all from 2013, I barely played it after my town got corrupted. Tried again when the Welcome amiibo update happened but meh
Pokemon X, 396:44. Most of this was spent shiny hunting.
Fire Emblem Awakening, 323:01. Not much to say here, I liked the game a lot.
Fire Emblem Fates, 197:32. I'm not sure how this got up so high since I only did a single full run through each of the 3 paths? Whatever.
Theatrhythm Final Fantasy, 187:56. One of my favorite 3DS games, but kinda irrelevant now since the sequel has so much more stuff to do.
Smash Bros, 177:35. Mostly from before the Wii U version released because I almost never touched it again after.
Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, 172:03. Again, I did a lot of shiny hunting.
Kid Icarus: Uprising, 160:40. Good game pls play it.
Bravely Default, 123:30. ALSO A GOOD GAME PLEASE PLAY IT.
Bravely Second, 102:38.EVEN BETTER THAN THE FIRST PLAY THIS ONE TOO. Kinda cute how both Bravely games are right next to each other
I've had my 3DS since 2011 and have transferred the data every time since then. No games have a ridiculous number of hours on them but I still play it a lot, I just branch out to a lot of games!
1st: Animal Crossing: New Leaf, 5498:56. Yes, that long. I pretty much can't leave New Leaf alone. (Until New Horizons)
2nd: Happy Home Designer, 187:54. I use this game for fun and to plan out my houses.
3rd: Pokemon Ultra Sun, 106:17. I actually never have time to play the main Pokemon series games, (Thanks Animal Crossing...) but when I do, I breed competitive Pokemon for others.
4th: Friend List, 53:52. Gotta check on who's online.
5th: Nintendo 3DS Camera, 22:25. I like to look at the AC:NL pictures I took sometimes.
Everything else I played on there is most likely less than 7 hours. My least played game on there is the Arcade Donkey Kong. And that was for 2017's TBT Fair. (Which was a staff favorite by the way)

Also, if you hadn't noticed, I don't play a lot of 3DS games. I am a Mario Kart fan, but you don't see me play that on the 3DS. Because I dislike Mario Kart 7.
Wait what we're counting internet browser and youtube as games? I believe friendlist would be up there for me since I used to use it for chatting with friends (through the status message thing).

I currently don't have access to the log on my original 3DS, but I remember my original copy of New Leaf having over 1k hours on there.

Not really surprised that most of the games listed are RPGs, since those are ultimately the games that take the most time to play/beat on average.
