I'm not really one for Time Traveling, I did it a lot in past games, and it always made my town all disgusting with weeds everywhere, so I'm taking things slowly now.

Well, after this post, I'm not going to reply to this thread anymore, to avoid any kind of an argument. However, I would like to say one thing to the people that are so adamant about TT'ing being cheating: Please, stop trying to force feed your opinions to people. I understand you think it's cheating, and if you think that, that's okay~ But please, let other people have their opinions. Not everyone will have the same viewpoint as you do, unfortunately. :c

No, and I refuse to because Nintendo is a corrupt company that has poor morals and has poor translation for most games. Rumors can be taken differently in Japanese and they used rumors for lack of a better term.

All it does, honestly, is make you look immature, pointing fingers and calling everyone cheaters for choosing to play the game differently than you. You don't own their life, you don't get to forcefeed them anything, much less your opinion. They bought the game, they get a say on what to do with it.

If a function is there, demolishing town, setting the time, making new characters, we get to use it however we want. The game put it there. Now, if we used cheat codes, then that's another story entirely.

I mean, why do you think they put the 'time traveler' rumor there? If TTing was really something you weren't meant to do, they shouldn't have put that rumor in there, to be honest. They should've just made a "cheater" rumor. :B
