Your nostalgic villagers

Wild World was my first. The only villagers I remember for sure are Kody, Tank, and Rhonda. I had a huge crush on Kody when I was like... 10 years old haha! I don't have any of them in my New Horizons town but I'd probably take Kody if I happened to meet him on an island, just for nostalgia's sake.

pears were my first fruit in wild world! i don't remember which ones were my starters, but i had baabara, friga, rod, camofrog, stitches, lobo at some point! i remember baabara and friga were my "best friends" because i loved their snooty personalities, and i was seven and in love with camofrog for some ungodly reason. i'd love to see my town again and revisit the game but have since lost my game cartridge camofrog is a dreamie now just because i find it hilarious that i would write all these stupid lovestruck messages to a cranky camouflage frog.

in new leaf, i had peaches and (don't remember who my starters were) played it for such a long time - i had so many villagers i can barely remember who i had. but a lot of my dreamies/favourite villagers developed out of this game: zucker, marina, ruby, maple!

YES. i don't know why i was so obsessed with this weird lookin cranky frog - i think he may have been my first ever male villager but i'm not sure. i really wish i could remember exactly what i wrote in the letters because i'm certain they were hilariously delusional !!

My first game was Wild World. I remember I had apples, Nibbles, Melba, Apollo and Maple. I can't really remember the others. Nibbles is in my acnh town! She was the first random move in. I'm not super sentimentally attached, but it was nice to see such a nostalgic familiar face. I have a Maple amiibo card, so one day when I'm settling my final villagers I might scan her in. For now I'm content experiencing the new residents as they come.

My first AC game was Wild World.
Kabuki and Robin were two of my starter villagers (I can’t remember the third one).
I would spend hours following them around town.
I also refused to buy anything from them during the flea market as I didn’t want to take away their furniture.
Robin actually gave me her picture which I proudly displayed in my house.

They’re still my favorite villagers to this day even though I haven’t had them since.
I genuinely regret deleting that town.

In GameCube, my first villagers were Tiffany, Cyrano, Derwin, Tipper, Nosegay, Camofrog, Barbara, Mitzi, and a bunch of others I didn't care about so I'm glad they're not on my NH island.

I do currently hold nostalgia for Tangy and Olivia who were both in my WW town. My dreamie list changes all the time but they definitely make it onto there most of the time so I wouldn't mind having them on my island. I'd say I bond best with a villager when we talk a lot and they say things that are relatable or if they just have good dialogue in general.
