Your most used tool

so yeah, what is your most used tool? i’m curious since it feels like it says a lot about how you play and what you do. if you’re using normal quality tools (not golden or flimsy) they all have 100 uses before breaking so i’m measuring through how many tools you go through of a certain type, if that makes sense.

for me at the moment it definitely is the shovel and then the watering can, i’m working on my hybrids a lot and lately have been a bit lazy so i don’t water them as much as i used to. but i’m moving around flowers all the time and i keep having to buy new shovels because they break. meanwhile i haven’t made a new fishing rod in ages and i have only broken one net in the last few weeks.

i use my shovel and watering can sooo much moving around flowers and trying to get more black roses, for some reason i only get gold ☆

and i don't know if it counts but i'm always using the wand, i go through about 3 outfits an hour lol

My most used tool is the shovel for sure, especially when I was moving the many flowers that popped up on my island due to rain. Next most used tool is the axe on mystery islands!

This month it's a toss-up between the shovel and fishing pole. Otherwise, definitely the shovel. Next month, it'll probably be the bug net.

Shovel for sure. I've been moving flowers and binning them for forever now. I stopped watering them but it rains a lot on my island

Mine is the stone axe. At one point I had 8 rows of hardwood and softwood and 6 rows of normal wood that I didn't need because I chopped all my trees every day. Now, I'm running out and need to start doing it again. Other than that, I'd say my shovel for sure.

When I was doing terraforming back to back, it was certainly the shovel. I always made sure to carry a DIY workbench with me since I went through them like crazy.

As of lately though, it's the fishing rod. I'm currently working on collecting as many fish as I could, just in preparation for when C.J. comes around. It has gotten to the point where I can't be bothered to craft my own tools anymore, so I just buy them at Nook's Cranny now.

Whenever it rains, my flowers grow out of control, so I go through a ton of shovels just cleaning up my island.

Right now it's a shovel, as I've been clearing out my overgrown flowers haha
But I always make sure to have a net handy too just in case I see a good butterfly or something

you probably already know this but the reason you’re getting gold roses is because you’re using a golden watering can. i don’t know if you can get black roses after watering with a golden can but yeah...

i was using the elephant one because it's cute, i haven't used a gold one on them incase i did get gold roses

Shovels from nooks cranny and bug nets, I love the star nets.
I like catching butterflies to see all the different butterfly models.

i don't even dig up fossils anymore, but it's def still the shovel to get rid of cursed flowers spawning everywhere. i also can't leave a clam on the beach if i see it.

Mostly shovel and stone axe for me. Shovel for clams and digging up flowers to move them into different spots. Axe because I tend to craft furniture that requires regular wood and I can never keep a lot of it in storage so I'm always swinging at my trees.

Shovel and axes. my GOD.
I keep using flimsy axes (because I'm low on normal wood and I'm trying to save up). So I break so many gosh darn axes in a day. Luckily they are cheap to make and/or buy.
