I really liked Super Paper Mario. I thought the whole angle flipping thing was a cool new idea. Not to mention that some of the dialog was really funny. Then again, the other games had funny bits too, I guess.

Thousand Year Door, as it had the most depth out of them all although I have yet to play Super Paper Mario...
