I dressed up as a kawaii version of the ghost from scream. I just added blush and bows to my costume and a tutu lolll

I haven't been trick-or-treating/dressing up for Halloween for many years now, but my best costume was one that I had as a kid. It was a blue bird. My mother sewed the entire thing for me and it had a cute little hoodie on top for the eyes and the beak, as well as some lovely blue craft feathers for the tail. It might have looked kind of ridiculous, since kids around my generation then were all dressing as things like fairy princesses and Batman, but I loved that costume to death. And it was extra special to me because of all the effort my mother put into making it. Ironically, I was more of a cat-lover at that age and not so much into birds, but I still adored that costume more than any other one.
