the alleged rumor of a purple bulldog named brutus for the 2001 animal crossing gamecube version

some say he'd only move into your town for a day, and he could like kidnap your favorite villager, cut down trees, delete your town, etc, that bulldog? does anyone remember the rumors besides me?

I've never heard of that either. I wonder how this hoax even started. I just googled 'brutus the bulldog' and a self defense keychain popped up so there's that.

Part of me loves that idea. But also, if someone doesn't play very often and Brutus comes and destroys the only thing they were working on; that would suck.
