I don't know if you can see this but I thought it was interesting that you can see sea creatures from land.

Yeah I see the creature bubbles all the time! They started right after I downloaded the update

Sometimes I feel like they're taunting me since I usually don't plan on diving when I see bubbles while on land.

For a while I thought the amount/size of bubbles was an indication of creature size but I'm not so sure about that anymore. Maybe I should check that next time I go diving

I probably will be scallop hunting for a long while because I don't time travel, and these recipes will take me probably months to collect. I did notice the 'behaviour' of the shadows to be very recognisable but I never paid too much attention to the bubbles, so thank you

gullivarr's comm is a small shadow that never moves. The bubble are .5-1 sec interval.

i tend to stay away from large shadow with a lot of bubbles and little movement because likelihood it'll be a anemone.

I usually catch those anyway to get some of those numbers up for the achievement... Doubt I'd take them if I had that already. They do still disappoint me haha

yeah i’ve noticed that! i think in new leaf, that only happened if you were wearing the wetsuit so it’s kinda neat that it happens regardless now aha ;;
