HI there, I see you are now selling a yellow house in another thread. But you have not replied to my question here as to when this auction will end. When will this auction end?
I am canceling my bid. He has had plenty of time to answer my question from yesterday about an end date. SO the SB is back on the table posted by another member. I hope he is honorable in this to that person or anyone else that bids.

I apologize for not responding earlier, I had forgotten about this thread and apparently unsubscribed from it at some point.
I had meant to cancel this auction a while back due to lack of interest. The yellow house is worthy of a lot more TBT and frankly if I settle for 10k I'd pretty much be giving it away.
Please understand that I'm not that type of person, it's just I'm very serious when it comes to sales/getting money and as this was my ace in the hole should I get low on TBT, I wanted to sell it for a decent price.
I am very sorry for all the trouble I may have caused and please don't think bad of me for this! It just kinda figures that when I host an auction for a rare collectible, no one bids.
Unfortunately, you can't just cancel an auction if you're unhappy with the results. Our rules specifically state that the auction must be carried through to the end and states that the auctioneer does not have the right to cancel the auction. See our Rules and Guidelines - Section 3.c. Auctions for more information:
Bidders are subject to accept all rules posted by the auctioneer. If a bidder disagrees with special rights reserved by the auctioneer, he or she should not participate.
Auctioneers may only accept bids that are posted in the auction thread. No PM or VM bids may be accepted.
Auctions posted on The Bell Tree should not also be made on another site. Not only does this waste the bidders' time, they should not be required to check another site for bidding purposes.
Increasing or decreasing auction time is not allowed by default. It is considered a special right and must be reserved in the auctioneer's original post before bidding begins.
The last person to bid on an auction within the scope of its rules and time limits is the winner. Auctioneers cannot choose another winner even if someone else makes a better offer after it ends.
Auctioneers are expected to see their auctions through to the end. Unless valid reasoning is provided, an auction cannot be canceled. Otherwise, the auction winner may give the host negative feedback for failing to complete the sale.
Winners are obligated to complete the purchase after they are determined to be the winner. If he or she backs out of the transaction, the auctioneer may leave negative feedback.
If you're really insistent on cancelling it let me know. But there will be repercussions - keep that in mind.

But I do have the choice of when I want it to end, right? So if I were to extend it a week, that should be alright? Just as long as the auction is completed successfully.
The auction is going to continue but MI has changed, please read the OP!

Well I think according to the rules you have to keep the end time to the original time you stated since you did not post the reserved right to extend your auction time. Your original end time was "the end of the week", which is Sunday. But of course it is up to the moderator's decision.

I've given permission for this auction to be restarted, so please take a look at Pokemanz new thread, located here, if you're still interested in bidding on this item.
