Yay gonna work on my island finally!

Decorating most of the rooms in my house (upstairs is empty but I'll figure it out eventually)...

Cleaning out hundreds of now uneeded items from my inventory and mailbox...

I'm finally ready to start on my island!
I have no idea what I want.

I did the exact same thing, OP, except now I’ve added villager cycling and a shop to my list so I can avoid terraforming for a while longer while I figure out what I want TwT

I want to make a road and special area leading up to my eventual villager cycling giveaways!

That's the only thing I know I want. Lol

Congrats! I only started terraforming bits of my island but am not contented so far so I might restart lol, and I haven't even cleaned my island yet and not ready to let go of tons of items I have for cataloging lol so I hope I can also do what you're doing in the near future, once I'm ready at least

Absolutely felt that. At first it's overwhelming, but take a shot in the dark and build from there. I let my island decorating figure itself out. Have fun!
