I have 80k+ miles and I think thats too many so instead i'm curious if people would trade tbt for nmts?

i think a few people still get nmts here to do some villager hunting. but it's up to you. the thing is the value is now 1:1 so it's basically like 80,000/2000 which is 40 tickets meaning 40 tbt only, and tbh you can get that much tbt in other (quicker) ways

Ack with that I'm giving up this idea before I even start. Thank you for this. I'll have to rack up tbt another way.
Tbh you'd get much more value out of your miles if you sold your orderable nook mile variations instead. Especially if you've got some of the more popular colours (black/white/pink stuff mainly) you can make a lot more that way, compared to if you just printed out loads of tickets and sold those instead. Plus they're probably more in demand than NMT aswell, since everyone has different colours.

no one mentioned the 1:1 value so i feel like i have to say it.
people that sell nmts here didn't acquire them from the machine, i mean without even confirming them there's literally no way someone would spend hours on that machine to get 500+ tickets. just not realistic lol. they got them from trading as well.
post above from @xTech got a point too. i myself are looking for certain nook mile furniture variations.

I can barely stand printing one ticket. Haha I could sell my variations but the blue airport is cursed with the ugly variations.
A lot of people just like collecting one of all the colours, so it doesn't really matter to them whether it's a good colour or not. Plus, other people have different tastes, and I for one love the silver snack machine and green streetlamps that the blue airport has quite a lot. If you do ever sell them, I've seen prices range from 3-7 TBT per 1000 miles, so again that's at least like 6x the worth of an NMT and a hell of a lot easier.

If you do end up actually wanting to set up a selling thread, if you give me a list of all your colour variations in like villagerdb or smth (here's mine for example) I could probably help you set one up later. Although i'm sure just posting the list along with your prices would also work perfectly fine, like @Underneath The Stars said.

People would! I've purchased IGB in the past, and while I'm not currently in need of NMT, I wouldn't be opposed to buying it.
I think they're particularly useful if you're villager hunting, or wanting to make purchases over multiple sites. While that activity may have died down, I do think that there is still demand.
Whether or not it's worth it to spend all your time printing NMT when you could sell NMT items instead, I'm not sure.
