EDIT: I keep seeing these "auctions" here, and I think I'll give that a try with Erik (since he was one of my first villagers I... have this weird desire to make sure he finds a nice home

He was one of my first villagers (not one of the first two, of course) and has a very rustic cabin instead of his usual house (which I think has ice furniture or something). IDK if they keep the rustic house when they move, but it's pretty cute, and I'm wondering if anyone would want him? I've never sold a villager or anything before, so I'm not 100% sure how it works. I could definitely use some Bells for my island reno or NMT for finding a replacement for Erik, though, so I wanted to see if anyone's interested!
