Would It Be Easier if Wilbur could take NMT to?

I'm island hopping and I thought it would be great if a new process could be implemented for island hopping.

You would give your first ticket to Orville to go the first island and from there, if you wish to go straight to another island, you would just hand over another ticket to Wilbur. It would save time from going back and fourth to numerous islands. The only thing is you would have to have a few stacks on NMT with you on hand, but that would be fine with me.

This would make looking for new villagers much, much easier.

I saw in a fake trailer for updates, that there was another terminal for reedming nook miles for tickets in the airport.
That and, if you have more NMTs, you can continuously hop around more islands.

It makes sense doesn't it?

That's why Nintendo doesn't want to do it.

A terminal in the airport would have been a nice progress to, but with Wilbur taking tickets to, it would have been perfect!

It would also be nice if that included the option to send items home, like the system that's available on Harvey's island. That way you can farm materials on each island and not worry about filling up your inventory and having to return home to empty it. I don't think they'll ever do that for mystery islands though, because then you could just farm sharks on the finned fish mystery islands for eternity

I legitimately do not understand why that is not already an option on mystery islands. like it serves a much better and functional purpose on mystery islands then on Harv's Island.
How many people actually really use the photo studio? I really hardly go there unless I need to see some things laid out nicely but all in all it just seems like a wasted potential.

It’s hard having to travel, come back and then have to take the plane again for the same purpose.

hahaha if only. it would seriously save so much time when island hopping for villagers! I don't understand why Nintendo makes parts of the gameplay so difficult :/

Yes please. Especially since I use nook islands just to look for regular wood sometimes so it would be nice to just go straight to a new island.

This is a good quality of life improvement. I also agree with the others above regarding the shipping services and stuff from Harvs island.

this would be great! would save everyone from orville’s dialogue repeating over and over while island hopping aha - and to add to this, maybe we could even have this option while visiting other people’s islands? like if you’re in the middle of a few trades, instead of orville just sending you back to your own island only to have to travel somewhere else, maybe we could have the option to go directly to another island? would definitely make scheduling a few trades at once a bit easier aha ;u;

Ugh yes! As someone who spends upwards of 100+ NMT tickets hunting for dreamies I looove the idea of simple quality of life changes like this!

Yeah, I don't know how people can island hop more than 5 times. Like when I see people have 100s of tickets and I'm like wow you are hardcore.

You pay for tools if you don't carry supplies on yourself, so why not tickets? Or like bribery, lol.

Would be nice, since it gets tiring when you run out of nmt and you have to go back to the airport to resident services just to get a ticket for island hopping.

pretty unnecessary for them to not add that; nook miles tours are so tedious with the whole dialogue and loading screens, esp. when youre villager hunting

Yes, would make it 10x faster because you wouldn’t have to have Orville spitting the same boring dialogue at you just because you want to fly. If they were to do something with Wilbur it would be helpful if they made sure to keep the dialogue short and sweet because villager hunting is a struggle already.
