I'm starting to dislike Flora. Her exterior of her house is cute but the interior is weird. Her design is starting to bore me and honestly between Twiggy and Flira Twiggy is a better peppy to me. I want to maybe give her away to someone who'll love her more than me. Is this wrong?
Of course not! It's your game and your island, if you don't want a clump of pink pixels then by all means move Flora out. I always have one plot on my island that I cycle every now and again just to keep the game fresh or else I get bored with my villagers as well.
There's nothing wrong with that at all. As @BluebearL says, it's your game and your island -- your decisions should be the ones that make YOU the happiest! If that means letting someone go, then go right ahead.
Remember, ACNH is essentially a fictional setting that you're building yourself. You are the writer, so to speak, so please don't feel guilty if you need to change around your cast.

I would like to mention though that the interior of Flora's house is related to her being a flamingo, supposing that you have her with her original housing (with the mr. and mrs. flamingo furnitures and no bed)
They are communal and sleep standing up, so the furniture is the way it is for her comfort.
Not to sway you one way or the other but her house is actually sort of adorably thought out in its "weirdness"
I don't think it's wrong at all! Sometimes your opinion of a villager can change, like I never imagined I would keep Olaf when he was my first campsite visitor, but now I want him on my island forever. I also thought I would keep Bianca as my peppy, but I'll probably let her go and invite Bella or Bangle later~
It happens. I've gotten tired of villagers I liked at first, most notably Muffy. As others have said, it's your game and you should enjoy it as you see fit. If she no longer appeals to you and you feel you can get more enjoyment from another Peppy, go for it. Nothing to stress over. Someone out there would probably appreciate the opportunity to take her off your hands if you make a thread when she's in boxes.
There's nothing wrong with that. I had several favorites that I feel indifferent to nowadays. I used to go crazy about having Rosie, Dotty, Bob, Tex, and Bam back then.
Flora was one of my forced villagers, but since I can't have Epona again, I've kept her.
I don't mind her interior. It's a change from all that wood. ^_^

I love Flora, but she was one of my starting five and therefore lives in the basic peppy house—which I find adorable and suits her very well with the pink accents. If she had her character-interior instead I would not want to have her either. There are plenty of villagers I’m ruling out because I don’t like their houses. In a game with such a focus on aesthetics, I definitely reserve the right to be a bit shallow when it comes to appearances xD
Nope! Nothing wrong with disliking a villager later on. I've had a few myself who later I didn't like. I'm sure there will be someone out there who will take her. Everybody does like different villagers after all. c:
Not at all! It's totally fine if you start to have different feelings for her. I really like flamingos so I would like to adopt her! Buuuut, my island is full now, so I guess I'll have to deal with not having Flora for now.
